*How do I place an order?

Placing an order at www.dvshines.com is an easy process. Please follow the steps:

  • Go though the website and select the product you like.
  • Select the quantity and click on Add to basket icon.
  • Once you are done shopping then click the Basket icon at the top of the page .You will be directed to the shopping cart.
  • Check your purchase details and click on Checkout option.
  • Carefully enter your shipping details and other contact details.Enter any discount coupon,if available.
  • Select the payment options and fill your payment details.Click confirm.
  • Your order is placed successfully.
  • You will receive your order confirmation e-mail on your registered email Id.

* Can I get colour customisation of my jewellery?

Colour customization is possible in some of our Ethnic jewellery collection only. Please email customization details at dv@dvshines.com and mention your order number in the subject line.Our team will get in touch with you and let you know the possibility.

* How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through a reputed courier company at your doorstep.

*How long will it take to deliver the product?

Usually the products are delivered within 7-9 working days but in some cases it can take longer due to various logistics related issues.Delivery to remote location may take some more time.

*How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel the order,please mail us at dv@dvshines.com within 24 hours of your placing the order. The decision to cancel completely rely on the team. We will try to accommodate your request. After 24 hours we will not accept or acknowledge the cancellation request.

*Return and Replacement Policy

Replacement is easy and can be done in the following conditions:

a) If product delivered by DV Shines is in a damaged condition.

b) If the product delivered does not match the specification of your order.

c) If the product has a manufacturing defect.

Please follow the following guidelines for product replacement :

a) Please make video while opening the parcel and taking out the product . No replacement will be given without video proof . Send us the video at dv@dvshines.com mentioning the reason for replacement.Our team will review and get back to you within 48 hours.

b) Pack the product in its original packing,with tags and in original box.Our logistic partner will attempt pick up from the original delivery address. We will ship back the new and same product to your address.

You are not liable for return if :

a) No video proof is available.

b) If the product has been washed.

c) If the product is returned without all original packaging and accessories,price tag, including retail box and other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

d) If the handover of product denied or delayed to our logistics partner.

PLEASE NOTEThere is no return but only the replacement of the products is possible. Please be sure that you really want to buy the product before completing payment.

Refund is applicable in case we are unable to replace the damaged or defective product.Our team will seek your complete bank details in this case.

DV Shines reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Our team will get in touch with you in such situations.

*Can I change my delivery address

In case you want to get your delivery address changed if the product is not yet shipped you can contact our team at dv@dvshines.com as soon as possible.

In case the order has been shipped the request for change in delivery address shall not be entertained.
